한옥마을에 있는 어느음식에 안내해주고 주문해주고 바삐 집에 돌아왔다가
식사 잘하고 갔는지 확인차 이멜 보냈더니 답장 이 왔다.

Hi Seongja,

Nice to hear from you.
I'm fine. I got back from Korea to Helsinki a few days
ago and have pretty much gotten over jetlag by now.

It is now Easter holidays time, so I don't start
working until next Tuesday. With my sister's family, I
visited my parents in Lahti (100 kms north of
Helsinki) yesterday.

I had a very good trip to Korea; I'm truly glad I
chose to visit and the season was great, too, with
cherry blossoms and the like.

Especially, when you get out of Seoul, you can enjoy
an authentic travel experience in a country absolutely
unspoilt by mass tourism and with sincerely friendly
people. Just what I had hoped for prior to my trip.

Incidentally, yesterday I heard from my sister's
husband - a pilot for Finnair - that Finnair might add
a direct Helsinki <-> Seoul flight to their schedule
in the not-too-distant future. That should bring much
more travellers from Finland to Korea - and vice
versa.

The dinner at the place where you took me was very
good and the service excellent. And the amount of food
was plenty, just what the doctor ordered:) Too bad I
had left before you came.

Well, should you visit Finland someday, let me know,
and I'll try to help in any way I can
