The weather has been up and down frequently
and I think I am coming down with a cold.

I have symptoms of coughing, running nose, sneezing, sore throat and headache.
I should have taken pills before I got sick.
For some resons, I hate taking medications unless I am in severe pain.

I drink lots of water instead of taking pills .
Because I believe drinking water will wash off body system and it will help my immune system to fight off viruses.
on the way home from work I stopped at a drug store and I bought over the counter medicines.

I am going to bed now and try to get some sleep so that I will feel better tomorrow morning.
You guys be careful not to catch a cold.

I don't know how to handle your compliments graciously.
I just feel weird.
I always feel like I could have done something beneficial for this class,
But my English isn't that good enough, yet.
I don't want to just pulling things out of thin air.

The flue shot is recommended for me, but I don't feel like getting it.
I did a research the possible side effects of the shot, and I found out many informations
that makes me feel uncomfortable.
I went to bed early last night, and I feel much better this morning.
I am get ready to go to work.

You're right, but I couldn't help it this time.
I went swimming and I had to rush out there before drying my hair completely.
I think this is why I have a cold.
I had a sound sleep last night, so I feel much better this morning.

I get asked all the time to take a flu shot,
But the answer is No .
I believe that the flu shot gives some kind of side effects.
