Dear Seongja,
I have now met up with Miss Kim and Miss Jo for the first two times. We met first of all yesterday to discuss what their study needs were. After our meeting I have a better idea of what their English skills are and the sorts of things that they would like to learn. We have agreed that, until I know my schedule for the new semester, that we would just arrange to meet for 5 sessions together over the coming week. Our first 'class' was today and we will then also meet on every day from Monday through to Thursday. I will study with them for 2 hours on each of those days.
Hopefully, by Friday, I will know my new schedule and we can discuss a programme for ongoing study. I think that meeting for two classes each week would be a reasonable arrangement for them. But we will have to see.
Thank you for referring the two teachers to me Seongja. It will be interesting for us to be able to work together. I have told them about how I don't usually take on new students these days, but I decided that I would work with them because you and your husband recommended them. They were very pleased to hear that news.
